Support Policy

Technical Support

We provide support at a best effort level and for issues that fall inside the scope of support. This is limited to issues preventing your rig from mining. We are not responsible for issues outside our control such as networks, GPUs not purchased directly from us, and mining software. Support is conducted primarily via email, with exceptions made only when deemed necessary. 

Technical Support Term

We offer 1 free month of technical support starting at the date the product is received. Additional troubleshooting or consulting sessions may be purchased separately.
